….and we have almost a thousand pictures! Everything from the engagement through to honeymoon is up for you to see. We invite you to look at as many as you like in our gallery (see the link on the right). If you really like them, you can order some, too. You can even post a comment to tell us what you think. Enjoy!
Good news for those of you traveling from far away for the wedding: We have reserved all 11 rooms at the Silvermine Tavern for our guests. You may wish to book early for best pick, especially if you would like to stay more than Sunday night. The Tavern’s number is (888) 693 9967. Their website is www.silverminetavern.com. Just let them know you are one of our guests when you book.
To fall in love is easy, even to remain in it is not difficult; our human loneliness is cause enough. But it a hard quest worth making to find a comrade through whose steady prescence one becomes steadily the person one desires to be. -Anna Louise Strong
We’ve also registered at “Club Wedd,” aka Target. Here’s the link:

So we took some time and registered at William - Sonoma and the Pottery Barn, so you who have been asking us for ages what to get us here is the list… Adam got ahold of the computer gun, so there’s plenty to chose from!

But I am beginning to narrow it down. Jill (maid-of-honour and great friend for 17 years) and I visited Brides-To-Be in Glastonbury this weekend to do some “dress dropping and shopping.” I have consigned two bridesmaids’ dresses in hopes of making some cash for the one I want. Now if only I knew which one that was…
This is a Justina McCaffrey design, very simple and elegant, but as you can see by the lady pulling at my waist, not my size. I also tried on some other styles, but I haven’t found “the one” yet, so don’t worry superstitious friends–Adam will not see my gown before I am walking down the aisle.
Let me know what you think!

We finally have a date and place: The Silvermine Tavern in Norwalk, CT on August 5th, 2007. Start crossing your fingers for sunny weather now! You can see more of Silvermine by clicking on the gallery link to the right. We’ve been drawn to Silvermine because of its colonial charm, which will help us save a bit in decorating and make for interesting pictures.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be there–no driving place to place. The Silvermine Tavern is also an inn, with (I think) 11 rooms, so let us know if you want to reserve one soon. They start booking for next August in a few months. Of course, there are some standard hotels not too far away, too.
We’re really excited about it all!
